Paul, I loved this. Never thought of it in this regards. That "not having a backup plan" is in fact evidence that one has found their calling.

Keep up the great work!

Reagan, thank you for your comment. Of course you're right, the question is "how?" I believe we often know the answer, but we need to remove all of the things that get in the way of allowing us to hear that answer. Try asking the question, "What would I do if I was completely unafraid?" Quickly attend to your first, unfiltered response. This first response if often a great clue as to the answer to "how?" I believe it's more like remembering, and discovering, than it is about thinking or creating. Please take a look at the 12 Weeks to a More Passionate Life workbook. It's a free download on that program page and it will provide you with the process for discovering what I call your Sacred Path. The online program to support the workbook will launch in a few weeks, so please check back soon.

Paul expresses a great, fundamental truth about us "human beings". We all build barriers, walls and prisons with our thoughts and psychology. But, unlike the prisoners of Alcatraz, we can't see the walls of our prison, nor can we touch them. But we can feel them and we can break through them. The question is how?

Enjoyed the above. So true. We seem to always be looking for "quick fixes" and immediate answers. I learned long ago that it takes time for lasting answers.

I am so proud to call this woman my sister. What she says about our Mother growing up is so true - a woman who never, ever gossiped about anyone and who led a life tougher than most of us could ever imagine, always sacrificing for others with an eye to the good in everything.

Mary Ellen is my sister and my friend. Because of her unprecedented integrity I never have to wonder whether what she is telling me is sugar-coated. Mary Ellen does not do "politically correct." If you ask her opinion, that is what you will get. Be prepared!

She is fun to the max, but can also be very decisive. With 6 sisters, there has to be one or two who can say "Debate is over, here's what we're doing." I cherish every bit of time I have with any of my sisters, and like the others Mary Ellen is unique. She is confident, creative, and just an outright blast. I love you, Sister.
