This
concept refers to the set of complex attributes that represents your
unique being. These attributes result from both hardwiring (creation)
and your response to the experiences you've encountered during your
life. Personality, values, vocational interests, knowledge, skills, and
abilities work in concert with your soul to form your unique identity.
Like tuning forks exposed to the perfect note for which they were
designed to measure, these attributes resonate with your calling. These
attributes of your identity can be assessed using modern psychological
tools. The assessments measure identity attributes and reflect your
identity, but they are not your identity, per se, because your identity
also includes your soul, which cannot be measured. Assessing these
attributes can provide very useful insight into your identity, but the
ultimate overseer of the discovery process is your soul. Logical
analysis is of value. However, it is the soul that will provide the
final validation of your assessment results, your discussions with
others, and your logical analysis to determine a call's legitimacy. It
is your soul that must evaluate whether a particular Path, a particular
Purpose, resonates with your identity and, thus, is consistent with
your calling.
